...And back to reality. After the best spring break by far, tomorrow is another day getting back into the daily routine grind. Ick.
I've had such a great break; filled with my first girls trip alone to Chicago, movie nights, exploring, sunny days, UC tours and meeting a lot of new people. But now I'm recharged and ready to go.
Today I took a Strike class to get back into the workout routine..
kicked my booty into shape. great way to start the week.
Lunch:
Garbonzo bean salad, peppers, carrots & sunflower seeds. On the side a piece of toast with apple butter.
Today was a day of driving around the country side and visiting Trader's World with indie boys and hippie girls:

I came home exhausted and prepared this yummy plate:
Whole wheat pasta, garbonzos, roasted sweet potatos & asparagus, parmesan cheese and red sauce. Mmm mmm good (:After, mom and I took a nice long walk and watched the sun set in the park. Ahh..relaxing now and not looking forward to that 5:30 AM wake up );
