This morning it was sunny and humid! I was tired so I decided on a nice little walk around the hood' to wake up. I could seriously get used to this late arrival thing...
Came home to some breakfast and all of a sudden there was thundering and lightning. Poor Bondi, he was following me around all over the house whimpering. Aww...
Workout: 32 mins. elliptical (3 miles), 15 mins. run on treadmill (1.6 mi.), abs & stretching
I dont mind working out inside when it's not busy. I went at a really nice time-1oclock ish and basically no one was there. Jammed to some music and that hour flewwww by.
Lunch:
Looks like the usual but nope thats not turkey or tuna today! We were out of all kinds of lunch meat today so I used this:
Pretty good. Didn't really fill me up so I made a smoothie on the side with some protein powder to balance it out.
Worked on projects and Psych homework all day.
Dinner:
Roasted Sweet Potatos, Tofu in Olive Oil and Salad with carrots, tomatos & garbonzo's
Sweet Potatos:
-brown sugar, olive oil, balsmic vinegar and rosemary
Just plopped it in the oven and studied some psychology and dinner was ready in about 30 minutes!
To end the day, we went to Target for a little retail therapy (; Got some cute sandals, top and plenty of earings.
To treat ourselves, we went to Orange Leaf-a new frozen yogurt place in town. Mmm so good (:
I enjoyed coconut, pineapple & strawberry banana (all low fat). I ate about half and put the rest in the freezer for tomorrow night.
Hoping for a rainstorm/thunderstorm tonight. I love to stay up watching it!
