Whats on my mind:
Family dinner was spent talking about how its 2012. Mom said that during kindergarden registration they were asked to fill out the class of 2012 for enrollment. It's so weird how fast being a little, barbie obsessed little blonde, curly haired girl into the person I am today. There were times I thought I'd never grow up but the nights when I'm with bubbly girls and crazy guys, circling in and out of basements and following the stars-the feeling of waking up after a long night and being content with who you are, where you are, and just life. The fragments of my teenage life that have made me grow and see clearly. Those ah-ha moments where everything you love and hope for is in your sight and your perfectly imperfect and satisfied with it.On Friday, my friend and I drove around cornfields and country until we finally found our destination. We met up with two blue-eyed guys and ran to the top of a stadium at a local high school. As we sat in the moonlight, we let time get away& just breathed in all of lifes goodness. And I hope that everyone has one of these rare moments where you're disconnected. You aren't spiraling around in the chaos of the world and your not spinning in the worries & sorrows. Your cleansed and free. And lifes good.
Those are the moments I live for. It's the little things...
Now I'm off to catch up on The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, I'm trying to finish before I see the new movie!
