WIAW

Breakfast 6:20: Apple & Cinnamin oatmeal, apple, watered down juice, CIB with 2 cups soymilk and coffee :-) Good start to the day!


Lunch 12:00: Another apple (..an apple a day keeps the doc away.?), 2 pita pockets with turkey meat, lettuce, salsa & mustard, some mutligrain crackers on the side and some juice

Snack 300: Sunny D, clementine, a Boost (helps with weight management), & special K bar


Dinner 630: Breakfast for dinner (my favorite!), 2 1/2 eggs with some more salsa, apples with sprinkled cinnamon on top, (another apple..)2 whole wheat pieces of toast topped with strawberry greek yogurt
, a cup of juice and soymilk. YUM!

Today was a really great day. Mornings are so rushed since I need to get out the door by 6:40 so it's usually quick oatmeal or an english muffin, which usually ties me over into lunchtime. I'm known for not varrying my meals-turkey & tuna sandwiches are my go to lunch meals and I tend to stick to them, so thats something I'm working on. After lunch, I went for a 45min. jog outside in the cold, my bones are still chilled from it. Eek! But it felt good to get out and breath some fresh air into my lungs. After tutoring, I did about 20 mins of yoga in my basement to Shiva Rea. I love yoga and feel so strong when I'm doing it.


The student run broadcast that I'm part of aired today and it was so amazing. I love being apart of such a creative group of kids. I did a story on a girl at MHS that dances with a professional ballet company and the more grueling side to the competitive world of dance (I will post it once I get to upload it to Youtube!)


Anyway, hope everyones Hump Day is going well! 2 more days till the weekend ;-)
